1. Who these Terms are with

These Terms are a contract between you and Your North Star B.V. (Besloten Vennootschap (B.V.)), the operator of Your North Star, registered at Prinses Marijkestraat 75, 2595 TL ’s-Gravenhage, The Netherlands, KVK 42187176. Contact: hello@yournorthstar.today.

2. Using the website

You may read, share, and link to our public pages. You may not use our sites to break the law, harass other people, harm our services, or scrape content for AI training. We may change or withdraw content at any time.

3. Content and intellectual property

Essays, illustrations, product copy, and design remain the property of Your North Star and its contributors. Trademarks and names are ours. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; republication requires written consent.

4. AI-assisted output

Some experiences use AI to help structure reflection. AI output is a prompt for your thinking, not professional advice or a decision. See the AI Statement.

5. Disclaimers

Our content and products are provided "as is" for reflection and orientation. They are not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. Your decisions remain yours; you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our sites. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including your consumer rights.

7. Meaningful Value Guarantee

Your North Star + GPS includes a voluntary 60-day Meaningful Value Guarantee on the first-year purchase (€299 / US$349). If, within 60 days of the purchase date, you have genuinely engaged with the experience and feel that it has not created meaningful value in your clarity, direction or decision-making, you may contact us to request a full refund of the purchase price.

You do not need to complete the full Your North Star journey within those 60 days. We ask only that you have made a sincere attempt to engage with the experience.

This guarantee applies only to the initial Your North Star + GPS first-year purchase unless expressly stated otherwise. Renewal after the first 12 months (€149 / US$169 per year unless cancelled) is not covered by this guarantee. It does not automatically apply to 1:1 Personal Strategic Alignment, Family, Business or organisational Strategic Alignment, or other products or services.

This commercial guarantee is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you and does not limit or replace those rights. See the Refund Policy.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page; the date at the top reflects the last review.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law grants you a different forum.
