Our principle

AI supports human judgment; it never replaces it. We use AI to help structure reflection and surface options — not to make decisions for you, diagnose you, or predict outcomes about your life.

Where AI is used

AI materially contributes to output only in a small number of places. Wherever it does, we mark it clearly with an "AI-assisted, human-reviewed" indicator that links back to this page.

• North Star Labs — AI Opportunity Map: generates a structured report from the inputs you provide.
• Internal drafting: we use AI as a writing aid for essays and product copy; every published word is written, reviewed, and edited by a human author.

We do not use AI to write testimonials, generate people's photos, or produce customer-specific advice without human oversight.

How it works

AI-assisted experiences send your inputs, combined with our prompt templates, to third-party AI models through the Lovable AI Gateway. Output is post-processed and returned to you as a structured artefact (for example, a report). No model we call is trained on your inputs.

Limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or subtly wrong even when it reads confidently. Reports are a prompt for your thinking, not professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying anything you act on.

Your data

Your inputs are handled per the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your inputs and we do not permit our processors to use them to train foundation models.

Human oversight

Prompt templates are versioned and reviewed by a founder. Testimonials, published content, and any customer-visible recommendation are reviewed by a human before publication.
