Inge Steemans
Inge has spent years studying what helps people navigate the moments that matter most - meaningful transitions, life-changing decisions and the questions we often struggle to ask ourselves. Through her own experiences of change, she has developed a deep curiosity about what allows people not just to adapt, but to live and work from a place that is authentically their own.
Her work is about helping people reconnect with what is true for them. Not what others expect. Not what looks successful from the outside. But the unique combination of values, strengths and aspirations that makes each person different.
She believes the real beauty lies in becoming more fully yourself, and in finding the balance between intuition and intelligent action.
Her perspective is shaped by international business experience, training with the Robbins-Madanes Institute, and a years of studying personal growth, leadership and human development. Having navigated significant transitions herself, she understands both the uncertainty and the opportunity they bring. Today, she is passionate about helping people navigate change with greater clarity and confidence - especially as we learn to live and work in a world increasingly shaped by omnipresent technology.
She is also the author of A Life Guide for the Twelve-Year-Old, a practical and compassionate guide for young people navigating identity, friendships, technology, values and personal growth during one of life's most important transitions. Available in Dutch and English.

Carlo has spent more than two decades helping people, teams and organizations navigate change.
His career has taken him across Europe and the United States in leadership, sales and marketing roles, working closely with founders, executives and teams facing moments of growth, uncertainty and transformation.
What fascinates him is not change itself, but what change reveals.
